Many parents are not always able to help their children with their homework. Either because they don’t have a sufficient level of knowledge in this or that subject, or because they (tele)work and can’t make themselves available… or simply because they think they can’t do it peacefully in the long term.
“Most of Marypop babysitters are fluent in several foreign languages and have a Bachelor level or more years of higher education. They can therefore provide the students with a quality follow-up, including in their language learning, and in an atmosphere that is sometimes more relaxed than with the parents! “emphasizes Nathalie Barberis.

The service offers parents the opportunity to:
– have their children talk to a person outside the home, in English or in a foreign language;
– have their children accompanied to homework, particularly in foreign language learning.
The rates are about 6€ per half hour. The level of studies (verified in 100% of cases) and the languages spoken (English, Spanish, Italian, French) are mentioned in the file of each video-sitter, which can be consulted free of charge before booking.
How does work our homework support?
Exactly like booking a babysitter:
- You register for free as a Parent on Marypop
- You select a profile among the 10 video-sitters that appear on the Marypop homepage.
- You get in touch with him/her via the “Send a message” button. You ask your questions and express your needs and those of your children.
- You make your reservation online
- At the time of the appointment, you all connect via the video tool that you have agreed between you (Whatsapp, Zoom, Skype…).
