2. Specify the language spoken by a babysitter
You can also choose the language(s) spoken by your babysitter on the Marypop home page, by clicking in the “Spoken languages” field. You will then see a results page with all the baby-sitters who speak the languages you want, near you or near the address you have given.

3. Search for a specific service on Marypop, proposed by a babysitter
Marypop offers you the following services:
- bilingual baby-sitting
- help with homework, including in foreign languages, in person or by video
- initiation to a foreign language at a distance, in person or by video
If you are looking for one of these services, it’s simple: click in the “Services” field on the home page of the Marypop site, then click on “Find”: you will then see all the baby-sitters on the site that offers the service you are looking for.
4. Refine my search
Once the results are displayed, you can further refine your search by clicking on “More criteria” at the top of the results page. Experience, areas of interest, possession of a driving licence and/or a vehicle… you can select all the criteria you need here.

5. View a babysitter profile
You have selected all the criteria that are important to you and the site now displays a precise selection of babysitters? Perfect! You will now be able to consult the pages of the selected babysitters. To do this, it’s simple: click on “View profile” of the baby-sitter you are interested in. A lot of information will then appear, as well as her presentation, written in all the languages spoken. Some babysitters provide you with a video that allows you to find out more about their experience, their language level and their personality.
6. Send a message to a babysitter
Would you like to know more about its availability? Would you like to quickly present your needs and your family to him?
To start chatting with the babysitter, it’s simple: click on “Send a message” from her page on Marypop.
Tip: we advise you to send at the same time the same message to all the baby-sitters that interest you in order to maximise your chances of a quick response.
7. Book a babysitting
Do you have all the information you need to make your reservation? It’s time to book! To do so, simply click on the “Book” button and select a slot in your babysitter’s diary. Then fill in the address of the babysitting and the number of children. Validate: your reservation request has been sent to the babysitter, who only has to accept it.

8. What next?
At the end of the baby-sitting, the babysitter will validate the hours actually worked and if she has left earlier or later, your payment will be automatically adjusted.
You have 48 hours to validate these actual hours. In the absence of confirmation from you, the babysitter will be paid for the hours she has indicated at the end of the baby-sitting.
The babysitter will be paid by Marypop maximum 36 hours after the end of the babysitting.

9. Leave a notice!
To help other parents to find the perfect babysitter, you can leave a notice on your babysitter’s page. It’s easy to do this. Click on “Write a review” at the very bottom of your baby-sitter’s profile page and validate. Your review will be published within 48 hours, and may be moderated by our teams.
