Complete my Marypop babysitter registration

How can I be sure that my babysitter registration is complete?

 

In this article, we’ll help you complete your Marypop registration so that our teams can activate your account quickly. Once your account is complete, it usually takes 48 hours for our team to check your profile.

 

Step 1: Complete all sections of your dashboard

Your address, phone number, rates, languages and interests are all information we need to help customers choose you from our site. It is essential that you complete these details to validate your registration.

 

Step 2: Your photo

Choose a photo that meets the following criteria:

• The file must be less than 64 Kb
• Authorized format: jpeg, jpg, png, gif
• Recommended size for correct display: width: 600 px and height: 400 px
• Without sunglasses
• Correct lighting (not too dark)

 

Step 3: Upload my documents in the “My documents” section

Case 1: YOU ARE 18 OR OVER

– If your nationality belongs to the European Union:

• Mandatory: identity card or passport both sides with photo
• Optional: diploma, BAFA, 1st aid certification, childminder certification

– If your nationality is outside the European Union:

• Mandatory: Recto Verso identity card with photo or Recto Verso passport with photo
• Mandatory: valid visa or student card

 

Case 2: YOU ARE UNDER 18 YEARS OF AGE

– If your nationality belongs to the European Union:

• Mandatory: Recto verso identity card with photo or Recto verso passport with photo
• Mandatory: handwritten authorization dated and signed by one of your parents
• Optional: diploma, BAFA, 1st aid certification, childminder certification

– If your nationality is outside the European Union:

• Mandatory: Recto verso identity card with photo or Recto verso passport with photo
• Mandatory: handwritten authorization signed and dated by one of your parents
• Mandatory: valid visa or student card

CVs and driving licenses are not official identity documents.
